I just read how hard it is to make this site cause of the codes you are you using, and so every patch isn't just a simple case of adding items.
So with that said thank you very much for adding in 4.2 items, i and i assume nay others appreciate it. Please can some more users post here with their own thanks, and maybe offers to help make his code easier to use. Let him know its appreciated. Chardev is the only site of its kind, that actually works and is usable with new items (wowhead version sucks badly and gets the stats very wrong). I wish one day he can add an ability page which shows the increase in power of your abilities too as you add gear, but thats a job for another day . So please guys show your appreciation here. |

As the author has already said, I would also like to thank you for updating Chardev.org with the new 4.2 items and for making it in the first place.
While there are other sites that can do parts of what Chardev can do, they do it for you and I feel that can be quite annoying and frustrating at times because you can't change things or test other things out. I have loved Chardev ever since I found it about half way through Ulduar back in Wrath because of the sandbox aspect of it. I can do so many different combinations of gear, gems, reforging and enchants until I find what I want, not what some program or or set of commands says is the best. Even if Chardev ends up going offline I am extremely grateful with what you have created here and for all of the work you have put into it. I know it has helped me out numerous times and countless other people. |

It is not one big thanks that i would like to add, but two as me (dk) and my wife (warrior) are both heavily relying on this site for our itemization. We still haven't found anything that comes close to the ease of use of this site and it's friedly interface that is really unique. I sincerely hope you, or someone finds a solution to keep it up and in any case we are already very thankful for the help it has brought us so far. A million thank yous!

Hell yeah im a new member and this site rocks, and makes for building BiS lists very easy. Maybe you could ask to see if anyone here is a programmer and could help you fix or rewrite code. I'd hate to see this site closed

I just discovered the "Export profile to wowreforge" button. You pretty much hit the spot with that!
Thanks for all the time you spend/spent, tinkering with the page. I know it can get frustrating, when you're all alone. Looking forward to many new updates :) |

I wanna thank you too, and I want you to know that I would pay a premium for this service.
Hoping you'll read this, again, thank you for what you've done so far, and for what you'll decide to do in the future. |

Since the day I found this site, I have made tons of profiles both for my high levels and my twinks. The UI of this site is very user-friendly, loads quick and gives a quite accurate description of character stats.
The versatility is also something I love of this site; gearing, gemming, enchanting, reforging, sets, talents, glyphs ... even buffs. Then you also have the import function and a nice little overview. Many people were helped out by the use of this site, giving them a profile which could help out gearing them for a certain level. For all that, I thank you. |

Love you, Le Martin.
I just hope someone else can fill your shoes. This tool is nothing short of essential for my character building. |

I just recently got to a point where I could get my gear early in the expansion, as I had the time to raid T12 and RBG's. Thanks for making it easy to setup what my character actually needs for endgame content. I like using the character profile, and I appreciate all the effort you put into maintaining this site.

I discovered this site just a few weeks back and I can't tell how much I appreciate it. it is :
- easy - usable - ergonomic - and most of all accurate(which is not a small feat!!) Thanks a lot for all this hardwork. I myself am a self made developper (not a top geek!! :-)) and if I can give a hand, however I don't have a plentyfull amount of hours I'd be happy to give a few back to help. Keep up this amazing job. Take care. |

I've been using this site since BC. I've tried other similar sites, but none are quite like Chardev.
Keep up the great work and I hope you continue to provide us with this awesome tool. |

Im sad to see that this site prolly wont be updated for 4.3. Ive been using this since early wrath and it is indeed a site of its own kind.
When Im bored, I usually go to this site and just do random classes with BiS gear to check out how much hp/sp/int/haste etc etc they can get. And its an awesome tool to use to try out new enchants/gems/gear without doing it ingame (and wasting money on it). So thanks alot for this tool LeMartin. |

A bit ironic that the op couldn't spell your name correctly, but the thought is there.
Like many others, I have been using this since bc. Has been an amazing tool over the years. I've been known to just randomly pull up a toon and spend hours tweaking it to completely min/max and math out a toon many a time over the years. Playing with a gear set almost becomes a past-time. So the new patch is upon us. I am sure we all would love to have it continued updating, but regardless you are the unsung hero. You deserve a toast, maybe you can come back to us. If not I will continue to use the site until all becomes irrelevant, like most other users. (lets hope that isn't the case) Either way, thank you for the many years you have served us. -Edit @Donjaun if I recall correctly the page you are asking for used to be a feature before, but was cut out. (like tbc times) Things like that tend to add too much clutter and work in the code. |
