The Moonkin Aura has a bug that whitout Moonkin Form activated it doesn't work.
This BUG can be described like this: The 5% spell haste of Moonkin Aura isn't effective without Moonkin Form, no matter it's upon the party/raid members thoes are not Druids or it's upon any Druid not in Moonkin Form with any specialization. Modified 2 times, last |

Oh, furthermore, Priest's Mind Quickening with the same effect works normal, so I replaced all Moonkin Auras used in my profiles and all of them have the correct spell haste.

This problem can be found both I use the planner from the chardev.org or the chardev91.chardev.org
