Resolve of Undying'> proc does count dodge %, but it doesn't count dodge rating it gives, and it doesn't count Diminishing Returns of that dodge rating.
This occurs at LFR, normal and HC version of it. EDIT: Same occurs at Mushroom Sauce Mudfish'> and windwalk proc. Modified once, Mar 17th 2012 at 10:40 AM |
